ATC West Healthcare is seeking a full-time Board Eligible or Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join its established and highly specialized ENT team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position offers the opportunity to build a comprehensive general ENT practice while collaborating with fellowship-trained subspecialists in head and neck surgery, microvascular surgery, laryngology, otology, rhinology, and sleep medicine. Job Details & Responsibilities Practice Overview
  • Join a seven-provider ENT group
  • Supported by:
    • Six inpatient/outpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
    • Three audiologists
  • Practice within a physician-led organization consisting of approximately 2,000 physicians and advanced practice providers
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive general otolaryngology care
  • Evaluate and treat a broad range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions
  • Develop and maintain a full-time general ENT practice
  • Collaborate with subspecialty ENT physicians managing tertiary and complex cases
  • Participate in shared call coverage

Required Skills & Qualifications Required
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
  • Current Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain one
  • Commitment to practicing full-time General ENT
  • Availability/start date provided at submission
  • DEA registration obtained prior to employment start
  • Recent NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days of presentation)
  • License and disciplinary history disclosure
  • Indication of whether visa sponsorship is required
Highly Preferred
  • Clean malpractice and licensure history
  • Special clinical interests in areas such as:
    • Laryngology
    • Skull Base Surgery
    • Other ENT subspecialties that complement the existing practice
