Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
  • Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience in inpatient or skilled nursing settings.
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
  • Experience using specialty equipment preferred: harness system, gait trainer, NuStep, Omnicycle, and therapeutic harness/harness systems.
  • Ability and willingness to float to other campus locations as needed.
  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Familiarity with facility culture expectations and functioning as core staff.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 08:00–16:00.
  • Work Days: Tuesday through Saturday.
  • Floating required. May float to sister campuses within the organization.
  • EMR: Epic.
  • Hard documentation deadline is the Monday prior to start. All demographic information must be submitted at time of submittal.
