Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Markesan, WI. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while experiencing a new community. This role serves a skilled nursing facility caseload with responsibilities that may include assisted living and outpatient settings.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or outpatient settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetHealth documentation system preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with geriatric patient population preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Work schedule includes Monday through Friday days and one weekend per month.
  • Patient population includes skilled nursing facility, assisted living, and outpatient caseloads.
