Our typical shift is 9a-5p, but we cover the hospital from 7a-7p. We could be flexible in deployment. If 8 hour shifts are standard, we could create a 7a-3p, 8a-4p, 9a-5p, or 3p-11p slot.
Either/or. Fully remote would work just fine. If the locums performs mammo/fluoro, we'd engage onsite
I'd say the average is 65RVU/shift
For the CT/US slot, a typically day probably has 70-80 cases to read
The plain film/mammo slot typically reads 150 cases/shift
At most, 25 MRI are performed/day
7a-8a: clean out overnight plain films and read any ER/IP exams performed during that hour (typically 30 plain films and maybe 1 or 2 CTs unless a trauma rolls in)
5-7p: read ED/IP cases performed during those 2 hours
We cover weekends 7a-7p and read all cases performed average is about 10 cases/hour plus the overnight plain films
Support staff: IT support is through the Hospital's information systems, there is local clerical support, we have internal support for PS360/templates
Visage PACS, Epic EMR, Powerscribe360 VR with RadAI Omni Impressions. All systems fully integrated. Preloaded templates.
Certifications: CT state license, ABR certification (or eligible), DEA (for hospital priv but may be able to get around that if fully remote
