Job Description
- Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
- 37 hours/day physician coverage
- No Call
- 50,000 annual ED visits; Level III Trauma Center
- 33-bed ED with 3 trauma bays; 13 cardiac-monitor beds
- Advanced trauma capabilities; specialty care rooms (ENT, Orthopedics, GYN, etc.)
- Procedures: Moderate sedation
- Certifications: IN license, IN controlled substance registration, DEA, BC, ABEM/AOBEM/ABMS, BLS, Flu Vaccine, TB test, Covid Vaccine, Completed CME
- Case Logs: Documentation for the past 2 years
