Completion of high school or its equivalent and CCMA (NHA,), CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT). Knowledge of computer software such as Windows, Office and Internet use. Ability to perform support activities in patient care as required through completion of an CCMA (NHA), CMA (AAMA), or RMA (AMT) Certification Examination.
Knowledge of patient care technician practices and related patient care activities and clinic policies and procedures as acquired through on-the-job training. Knowledge of basic non-technical skills as acquired through on-the-job training.
