- Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in an inpatient setting
- Active New York State PA or NP license
- ACLS Certification required
- Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and time-management abilities
- Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred
