This facility is part of a comprehensive healthcare system with four clinics and one hospital serving the regional area. The Behavioral Health Department is well-established with a collaborative team of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and nurse practitioners working together to provide quality mental health care to the community.
Opportunity: BC/BE - Psychiatry
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Behavioral Health Department in a supportive environment. You will provide adult psychiatry services in an outpatient setting with the option to see patients under 18 if desired.
Job Details:
- Practice in an outpatient clinic setting focused on adult psychiatry (age 18+)
- Work with a collaborative team including psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and a nurse practitioner
- No call responsibilities
- No weekend work
- Conduct nursing home rounds 1-2 times per month
- Outreach opportunities at other clinics within daytime driving distance
- Potential for telemedicine services in the outpatient setting
- Structured appointment times: 20-30 minutes for med checks and rechecks, 60 minutes for new patients
- Convenient location: 1 hour from Fargo and 3 hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
