Practice Highlights / Qualifications- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification required
- Oklahoma license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience in Hospital Medicine, Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute Care, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine preferred
- Provide rounding services across skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities throughout the Oklahoma City metro
- Patient volumes vary by facility and daily census
- Shared call responsibilities required
- Strong clinical autonomy with collaborative physician support
- Ideal candidates are team-oriented providers with excellent communication and patient management skills
