Facility Volume: 37,000 annual volume Facility Coverage: 34 MD/30 APP daily Client Type: EM
Locum Request for: MD/DO MD/DO
Certification Requirements: Physician Requirements Summary: MD - BE/BC EM, FP, IM - FP/IM must have 3 years ER experience- ACLS, ATLS, PALS, med lic, cs lic, DEA, DL, flu, tb, education certs, procedure logs, BC ir /be, Residency completed, cme past 2 years, case logs
NP/PA Requirements: N/A Merit Badge: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
Night Call Requirement: No Shift Preference Nights;
Nights Shift Times MD-daily: 7a-7p, 1p-11p, 7p-7a
Experience: If FM/IM, must have 3 years of ED experience
