CRNA Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent CRNA clinical experience in general anesthesia and regional techniques
  • Active CRNA license (Indiana) or eligibility for temporary/compact licensure for locum tenens providers
  • Current AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
  • Documented experience with spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks (case logs required)
  • Comfortable working independently in an all-CRNA model and participating in call rotations
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and perioperative collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care for general, orthopedic, endoscopy, and podiatry cases (podiatry every other week)
  • Perform regional anesthesia: spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks; maintain accurate case logs
  • Participate in OB and OR call rotation with a 20-minute response time for emergent cases
  • Collaborate with CRNA colleagues, perioperative nurses, surgeons, and anesthesia teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document perioperative care and anesthesia records in EPIC EMR for quality assurance and credentialing
  • Adhere to hospital policies, anesthesia safety protocols, and evidence-based perioperative practices
