We are URGENTLY hiring experienced Home Health RNs ready to step into a full caseload, structured support, and guaranteed consistency.
NOW HIRING: HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
- Location: Hennepin County (Minneapolis)
- Start: ASAP (or within 2 weeks)
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Contract: Up to 20 Weeks if desired
- On-Call: Not Required but available if consultant wants extra hours.
- Overtime: Available with prior approval
- Guranteed Hours: 40 Hours Guaranteed
- Caseload: 25-30 Patients Per week
Compensation:
- Earn up to $100,500/year + Mileage + Full benefits
- Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit Every Friday)

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and determine eligibility for services
- Develop and implement personalized plans of care
- Deliver skilled nursing care with autonomy and confidence
- Complete accurate documentation using OASIS & HCHB
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Be the trusted, consistent presence patients and families rely on
WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years Home Health RN experience (multiple daily visits required)
- Strong OASIS Assesment Skills (Required)
- HomeCare Home Base EMR (Highly Preferred, but not required will train)
- Active Minnesota RN License or Compact License
