Evening LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse – Full-Time

PN Responsibilities

• Administer medications and nursing treatments
• Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team

Pay for Licensed Practical Nurses

• $26.21 – $35.96/hour base pay
• +$5.50/hour evening shift differential
• +$7.00/hour weekend differential
• Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus (subject to tax, terms, and change)

LPN / Practical Nurse Qualifications

• Active New York Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• BLS certification preferred
• Newly licensed LPNs welcome; experience in long-term care (LTC) a plus
