Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand or sit for more than 5 hours at a time. Must be able to reach above or below shoulder level. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be capable of performing tasks that involve repetitive motion.
Shift
Must be available to work full-time during the hours of Monday thru Friday 7am-9pm and weekends 7am-6pm. Shifts to be discussed during interview. Position to work 40 hours per week. Hours, location, and shifts subject to change based on the needs of the department.
Job Summary
Chandler Hospital’s Retail Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist to assist in managing the pharmaceutical care workload. This position will compound and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written orders from physicians. In addition, this position will review and interpret prescriptions and drug profiles to ensure appropriate drug therapy has been prescribed and ensures that drug interactions.

Preferred Education/Experience
PharmD and ambulatory/retail pharmacy experience preferred.
