Minimum Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Bachelor's acceptable if combined with required experience.
  • Active WV Physical Therapist license or compact license valid for practice in West Virginia prior to start.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience creating plans of care, performing patient evaluations, and delivering treatment in home health settings preferred.
  • Assessment skills preferred.
  • Ability to travel within assigned coverage areas, including Mason and Jackson counties in West Virginia.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Home Health.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Weekly hours: 40 hour work week guaranteed.
  • Mileage reimbursement provided between patient visits from first patient to last patient.
  • On-call and weekend requirement: None.
  • Coverage areas: Mason County and Jackson County, WV.
