Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Candidates should be comfortable providing one-on-one care and managing caseloads averaging approximately 8 patients per day.
• Experience with outpatient evaluation and treatment plans, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities preferred.
• Travel therapy experience preferred but not required.

• Assignment Focus: 100% outpatient; therapists provide one-on-one treatment rather than group sessions.
• Typical Caseload: Approximately 8 patients per day.
