Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona State Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required based on client policy.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Experience with musculoskeletal evaluations, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and gait training preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) required. Client may require experience with outpatient scheduling and documentation workflows.
• Excellent patient communication skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload.
