Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Join a travel therapy team as a Speech-Language Pathologist and apply your clinical skills in a skilled nursing facility in Rio Rancho, NM. You will help patients improve communication and swallowing function while working in a rehabilitative, long-term care environment. Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active New Mexico state license or ability to obtain New Mexico licensure prior to the assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience providing dysphagia assessment and treatment and familiarity with common SNF documentation and billing practices preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Sunday through Saturday availability noted; schedule will follow facility staffing needs.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week.
• Candidate must be able to complete required New Mexico caregiver account setup prior to start.
