Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads typical of a SNF environment and to coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Client requires candidates to be available for a full-time schedule and to adhere to facility policies and procedures.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Contract Weeks: 13 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
