Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in Saint Johnsbury, VT.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Vermont Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for in-home visits.
• Experience in home health or hospice settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital (home health services affiliated with hospital network).
• Shift days: Monday - Friday.
• Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week; 5x8 shift pattern indicated by client.
• Must provide in-home therapy services and travel to patient residences within the service area.
• VT licensure, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle required.
