Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Illinois or compact eligibility required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions preferred.
• Experience documenting patient interactions in accordance with facility and regulatory standards preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists and to educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Candidate must be able to adapt to new environments quickly and maintain a safe clinical environment.
