Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Indiana state PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, including post-op knee, hip, and shoulder care, and treatment of low back/neck pain.
  • Experience with equipment: E-stim, therapeutic ultrasound, Hivamat, therapeutic laser, AlterG, or Vector preferred. (Preferred)
  • Experience using EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems preferred. (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 1:1 patient caseloads and work with post-op and chronic pain adult ortho/neuro populations.
  • Must be a good team player, flexible, and have a strong work ethic.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Hospital (outpatient therapy unit).
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift hours: 08:30 - 17:00.
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 hours.
  • Required certifications: BLS and state licensure.
  • Patient ratio: 1:1.
  • EMR: EPIC.
  • Position specialty: Outpatient orthopedics (post-op adult ortho/neuro, chronic pain).
