About the Role
The clinician will collaborate with RN and PT interdisciplinary teams and report to an RN supervisor. Daily operations include a morning phone huddle. Clinicians will provide comprehensive home health OT services focused on functional independence, adaptive equipment recommendations, and interdisciplinary coordination.
