Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Michigan SLP license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Experience with adult dysphagia assessment and treatment preferred.
  • Ability to complete documentation in electronic medical records required.
  • Client requires split assignment between facilities in Kalamazoo, MI and Hastings, MI; candidate must be willing to travel between sites as part of the assignment.

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
  • Work Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Start: ASAP.
  • Float Requirement: Split assignment between facilities in Kalamazoo, MI and Hastings, MI; travel between facilities required.
