Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.
  • Demonstrated competency with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
  • Experience providing evaluations and treatment for geriatric populations, including ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendation, and fall prevention strategies required.
  • Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams required.
  • Must be available to work the specified days and shift hours listed in Assignment Details.

  • Shift Pattern: 5x8.
  • Start: ASAP.
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
