Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Active Georgia SLP license required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA or ARC).
• Minimum of 15–18 months of recent acute care SLP experience required.
• Experience supporting acute care patients across medical and surgical diagnoses, including ICU and stroke/neurologic populations preferred.
• Proficiency with MBS/FEES is a plus but not required.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (varies).
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Weekend Requirement: Minimum 2 weekends per 4 weeks; preferred 4 weekends per 4 weeks.
• Required Certifications: BLS.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float within the hospital system as needed.
• Experience Requirement: Minimum 15–18 months recent experience within specialty.
