Minimum Requirements

• Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in South Carolina required prior to the start of assignment.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation. Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits from first to last patient.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred. Experience evaluating functional status, developing plan of care, documenting progress notes per agency policy, and coordinating with interdisciplinary team preferred.
• Ability to function in diverse home environments and provide patient- and family-centered instruction and education.
• Minimum education requirement: Associate degree. Additional degrees preferred.

• Shift Hours: 0800-1600 (Days).
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed.
• Coverage Area: Chesterfield County, Darlington County, and Marlboro County, SC.
