Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active OR state PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience with Medicare and documentation for skilled nursing facility (SNF) billing and MDS-related therapy preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF equipment, including gait belts, walkers, Hoyer lifts, and therapeutic modalities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
