Minimum Requirements

• Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• Home health experience is required.
• Experience with HCHB (Homecare HomeBase) and OASIS is preferred.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to provide a current resume upon request.
• Willingness to serve the Charles County area and surrounding service region.

• Start: ASAP.
• Must have prior home health experience; HCHB and OASIS experience preferred.
• May be required to cover cases across the agency’s service area, including Charles County and nearby jurisdictions.
