Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required.
• Experience providing rehabilitation services in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid regulatory requirements preferred.
