Working on a Mother/Baby/Pediatric unit offers the opportunity to be part of some of life's most meaningful moments. Nurses play a vital role in supporting new mothers through recovery, building confidence, and fostering bonding with their newborns, while also caring for pediatric patients. The environment is fast-paced yet deeply rewarding, combining strong clinical skills with compassionate, patient-centered care. Collaboration is central to success on the Mother/Baby/Pediatric unit, with close teamwork among nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. The unit offers a flexible self-scheduling model that promotes work-life balance, along with a supportive culture rooted in open communication and mutual respect. What we're looking for
Applicants should be a graduate of accredited school of nursing and state Registered Nurse Licensure. Additional requirements include:
Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
One-year medical/surgical experience or other comparable nursing experience. preferred
One-year pediatrics experience. preferred
Basic Dysrhythmia Course completion
Trauma Nurse Course completion
Pediatric Advance Life Support.
