Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics required. Candidate must have experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting progress in outpatient settings.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation of goal writing, functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to discipline-specific therapy staff and provide student supervision when assigned.
• Maintains professional licensure and meets state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Adheres to safe patient handling practices and demonstrated awareness of workplace safety protocols.
• Preferred: prior travel or contract experience and familiarity with Select Medical clinic workflows.
