Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care or demonstrated ability to work in post-acute settings preferred.
  • Float to other rehab sites required during assignment.
  • New graduates welcome. Previous experience with evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation is preferred.

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: 8H Day.
  • Float Required: Yes. Candidate must be willing to float to other facilities as needed.
