Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads typical of long-term care, including restorative and maintenance programs.
  • Client requires proficiency with documentation in electronic medical records used in SNF settings.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in adult or geriatric populations preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 0800-1630.
  • On-site classification: Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Assignment length: 13 weeks.
  • Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
