Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
  • Active Arizona physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress and produce letters of medical necessity in accordance with clinic and payer guidelines.
  • Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student supervision as assigned.
  • Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and continuing education requirements.

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist, outpatient orthopedic focus.
