Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Florida license required for assignments in Florida.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency with patient evaluations, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and ADL-focused treatment in post-acute populations preferred.
  • Ability to document in electronic medical records required. Experience with common SNF EMR systems preferred.

  • Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift days: Tuesday through Saturday.
  • Start: Immediate start available.
  • Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the region if requested by the client.
