Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Must be valid for Florida.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Client requires ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and manage caseloads typical of post-acute care. Prior SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
  • Must be able to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to facility and payer requirements.

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Days: Tues-Sat.
  • Start Type: Immediate start.
  • Schedule note: Coverage may include Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday rotations as required by the client.
