Strategic Educational Leadership: Assess, plan, and evaluate clinical educational activities across the continuum of care, serving as a strategic consultant for nursing performance initiatives and competency-based programming.
Collaborative Needs Assessment: Partner with organizational leaders and clinical staff to identify educational gaps and develop multi-faceted plans that address both core nursing competencies and specialized clinical needs.
Program Design & Evaluation: Analyze, design, and implement Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs, utilizing precise measurement tools and data-driven methods to evaluate the achievement of learning goals and clinical outcomes.
Inter-professional Standards Management: Manage and oversee competency standards for inter-professional programs, ensuring all clinical staff practice at the highest extent of their licensure while maintaining organizational compliance.
