Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Cerner is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Experience with post procedural cath lab patients, management of TR band compression devices, management of chest pain, and experience with post cardiac surgical patients. - Cardiac medical and surgical population including post cath lab stent, pacemaker, ICD, Watchman, MitraClip, TAVR; post cardiac surgery CABG and valve replacements; Afib, chest pain, CHF, arrhythmias, syncope, and bradycardia with temporary pacemaker. - RNs titrate drips including nitroglycerin, heparin, diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, Bumex, and dobutamine; no vasopressors.

Special Requests: - At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. - Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. - If previously employed by Marshfield, employment must have ended at least 6 months before submission. - Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level if applicable, patient ratio, and whether the facility was a teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend and holiday. - No self-scheduling. Block scheduling may be available if it meets unit needs, but it is generally not guaranteed in contract agreements. - Fri/Sat/Sun option is available. - No call unless it is an extra shift.

Previous Employment Requirements: - MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission
