Are you an experienced OR nurse ready to take your skills to the next level? Do you excel in high-pressure environments and thrive in surgical settings? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner in Lamar, CO. As a Registered Nurse in the OR, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care across Pre-op, OR/Circulator, and PACU settings. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care throughout their surgical experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are critical to the success of the surgical team:

• Conduct assessments and document care
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Coordinate patient transfers and recovery
• Circulate cases and assist with instrument processing
• Prepare patients for surgery and provide education
• Adhere to infection control principles and departmental policies
• Follow national standards through IAHCSMM, AORN, ASGE, and ASPAN
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
