| Physical Requirements | This position requires occasionally sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); and standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Also involves some exposure to blood-borne or airborne pathogens, and combative/violent people. |
| Shift | Must be able to work three, 12-hour shifts per week from 7PM to 730AM; will also be required to work some weekend and holidays. |
| Job Summary | This position will perform clinical assessments and interventions for patients presenting to the Emergency Department with behavioral health concerns. Will perform assessments for admission to behavioral health and engage in discharge planning and referrals for necessary aftercare services or will refer to the most appropriate next level of care. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate will possess experience with behavioral health assessments and care coordination. |
