Day Shift. Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.

UK Healthcare is currently seeking a clinical athletic trainer to be responsible for the daily coverage of Sports Medicine physician clinics.

Duties include: rooming patients, appointment follow up, patient education, home exercise programs, and other duties as assigned. This position is also responsible for managing patient calls into clinic pertaining to pre- and post-operative care, prescription refills and prior authorizations, and general patient care questions.

The successful candidate must communicate effectively and professionally with physicians, patients, physical therapist and other healthcare providers.

Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Master’s Degree preferred.
