How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead and inspire clinical teams by directing daily shift operations and fostering a collaborative environment where every nurse and support associate can perform their best.
Architect high-quality patient care by assessing daily needs and strategically assigning resources, ensuring that every patient receives care tailored to their specific recovery journey.
Champion patient advocacy by resolving care concerns in real-time, serving as a compassionate bridge between families, physicians, and the nursing team.
Optimize unit performance by managing essential resources and supplies, ensuring the frontline staff has everything they need to deliver uninterrupted, safe patient care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
