Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: diagnostic and interventional procedures

Preferred Skills/Experience: manifold, ivus, ffr, ivl, impella, iabp, pre/post unit

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend

weekend hours: on call

call requirements: >12 days

Floating Requirements: IR ON OCCASION

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI))

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
