How you'll contribute
A Surg Tech who excels in this role:
Prepare the operating room by setting up instruments, equipment, sterile solutions, and supplies before procedures.
Help prepare patients for surgery, including positioning and ensuring the surgical site is properly prepped.
Maintain a sterile field at all times and uphold the highest standards of aseptic technique to prevent infection.
Anticipate the surgeon's needs, passing instruments and supplies efficiently and safely throughout the procedure.
Assist with tasks such as holding retractors, cutting sutures, handling specimens, and applying dressings as directed.
Participate in pre‑ and post‑procedure counts, room turnover, cleaning, and restocking to keep cases running smoothly.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Minimum of 1 year Surg Tech experience is required.
