Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 22 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Alaska license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: Is on-call Req: Yes - 1 day per week and 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 1800-Monday at 0730). Weekend Req: Yes - on call, and approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the scheduled 4 shifts/week.
Floating Requirements: May float to EP or IR. Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals near by.
