Requirements
- Maryland counseling license (CAC-AD, CSC-AD, LGADC, LCADC, LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C; preferred: LCPC/LCADC/LCSW-C)
- 1–3 years’ experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment
- Knowledge of co-occurring disorders, case management, and MAT
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment; proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based counseling and recovery-focused interventions
- Educate clients and families; support MAT and aftercare planning
- Teach coping skills and address barriers to recovery
- Coordinate referrals to community resources
- Participate in outreach and perform other related duties
