Job Summary
The Bluegrass Care Clinic within the ID Division at UK HealthCare is searching for a motivated individual to fill the Social Worker Senior position within the WRAP Program.

The Social Worker Senior position is an integral link within the program’s multidisciplinary team to ensure that the Program clients receive critical social services that allow for better outcomes. This position serves as a liaison with other departments and community agencies to engage clients in a range of services to help meet their care issues.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Good communication skills, organizational skills, and excellent problem solving skills; experience with windows PC and Microsoft Office software; ability to learn multiple electronic health record systems.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s degree plus 3 or more years of social work experience, preferably in a medical setting. Related work experience involving people with substance use disorders and case management experience preferred.
