| Job Summary | Answer patient phone calls regarding refill requests and other needs in Pharmacy Patient Support Services. Accurately document and route calls and faxes appropriately in the electronic health record (EHR). Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem solving skills to address patient requests and concerns within scope. Complete shipment verifications for UK Specialty pharmacy to ensure mail order deliveries were delivered accurately and timely. Escalate delayed shipments appropriately, if needed. Complete other tasks as needed to support patient care and the department. |
