Pieper Veterinary is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Veterinary Technician to join our Oncology Department at Pieper Memorial Veterinary Center, a VECCS Level I Facility in Middletown, CT.
In this role, you will work alongside expert oncologists, supporting advanced treatments and therapies that give pets the best chance at recovery and an improved quality of life. What to Expect:
About You:
We believe veterinary medicine is truly a team sport, and we are seeking a candidate who shares that mindset. The ideal candidate for this role is highly skilled in venipuncture, IV catheter placement, anesthesia, and patient restraint. Experience or knowledge in Oncology and chemotherapy is a plus.
Familiarity with CPR, EzyVet, and SmartFlow is also a plus, but not required. This position involves ongoing client communication, as you will follow the same patients throughout their treatment, making strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

This is a Full-Time Position:
4 days a week / 10-hour shifts
Holidays are required.
